Louisville Metro Police officials are investigating following a reported bank robbery in the 8000 block of Shelbyville Road and the surrounding area in east Louisville, according to an Aug. 8 social media post.
Police are searching for a man who was last seen running in the area, officials said.
Officials said a heavy police presence is in the area and advised the public to call 911 and not approach the individual if they encounter him.
